Steamed Dorado with Shrimp and Asparagus
Ingredients
- Asparagus - 4.2 oz
- Leek - 3.5 oz
- Dorado - 2 pieces
- Pickled garlic - 0.7 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 8 pieces
- Bamboo shoots - 1 piece
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using multifunctional kitchen scissors, make a cut on the back of the dorado, remove the insides and gills. Rinse the gutted fish under running water.
Step 2
Stuff the fish with leek, ginger, and shrimp. Add the lemongrass stalk, soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 3
In an iCook wok, pour water below the level of the steaming rack.
Step 4
Place the stuffed fish on bamboo leaves, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat to the minimum.
Step 5
Steam for 10 minutes. Add the asparagus 3 minutes before it's done.
