  • Basil - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Dried Chamomile - to taste
  • Dried Rosemary - to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste

  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dried Chamomile - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix all the herbs with olive oil in a bowl, add salt and pepper.

Step 2

Rub the fillet with the herb and oil mixture. Let it sit for a couple of minutes.
