- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread (stale is fine) in milk and let it soften, then mash with a fork or blend until smooth.
Step 2
Grate the carrot, onion, and garlic on a fine grater.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients with the ground beef, adding the egg and spices.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into patties of desired size and place them on the steamer tray. In a medium-powered steamer, the patties will be ready in about 25 minutes.
