- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Rice - 0.5 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 0.2 pieces
- Water - ½ cup

Step 1
Remove tendons and fat from the meat, and pass it through a fine grinder two or three times.
Step 2
Cook the rice in water until it becomes a sticky porridge, cool it down, combine it with the meat, and pass the mixture through the grinder one or two more times. Add the egg and 5 g of melted butter, mix well, and place small meatballs on a greased frying pan.
Step 3
Then pour cold water over them, bring to a boil for 5 minutes, remove from water, and serve with a piece of butter.
