Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 16.9 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Tarragon - 0.9 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 5.3 oz
- Young zucchini - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Celery stalk - 6 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 4 stalks
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Divide the salmon fillet into 4 pieces and pound through plastic wrap until you achieve a sheet-like shape.
Step 2
Wash all the vegetables and cut them into sticks, separating the leaves from the stems of the herbs.
Step 3
Blanch the spinach and herbs in salted water with garlic added. Beat the lettuce leaves and steam for 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
On a piece of fish, place the vegetable sticks with the blanched herbs, roll it up, and then wrap it in a leaf of Chinese cabbage. Secure with a skewer.
Step 5
Steam the rolls in a four-liter pot for 10–12 minutes.
Step 6
To make the sauce for the rolls, mix the yogurt with lemon zest, add some of the aromatic herbs, excluding spinach, and mix well.
Step 7
Place the finished salmon roll with herbs and vegetables on a plate and drizzle with the prepared yogurt sauce.
