Ingredients
- Salmon - 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cod Liver - ½ can
- Spices - to taste
- Onion - ½ head
- Stale Bread - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the steaks and remove the bones.
Step 2
Make a filling from the fillet, carrot, and bread, add onion, chopped egg, mashed liver, a couple of tablespoons of its oil, and spices.
Step 3
Place the filling in the skin and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Step 4
Optionally, sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in a steamer for 15 minutes.
