Ingredients
- Beef Goulash - 11.6 oz
- Chinese green beans - 4.2 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 2.1 oz
- Duck Fat - 1½ tablespoons
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chili jam - 1½ tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the duck fat in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the green beans.
Step 3
Add the peas. Sauté for 2–3 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Then, add salt.
Step 5
Add chili flakes. Reduce the heat and stir.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, add the stew and mix.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, add the Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
Step 8
After 1 minute, add the chili sauce.
Step 9
Mix thoroughly and simmer for another 5–7 minutes over low heat.
Step 10
Add the sesame seeds, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 11
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
