  • Chinese green beans - 4.2 oz
  • Frozen green bean pods - 2.1 oz
  • Duck Fat - 1½ tablespoons
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili jam - 1½ tablespoons
  • Toasted Sesame - 1½ tablespoons

Melt the duck fat in a skillet.
