Step 1
Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds or wedges. Place the carrots in a pot, add water halfway, season with salt, and stir. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, cover with a lid, and stew for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the remaining oil and add the resulting 'sauce' to the pot with the carrots. Stir well and stew for another 5–10 minutes.
