Ingredients
- Eggplants - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Matsuni - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, peel them, slice them into rounds, and place them in a pot.
Step 2
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley, vegetable oil, a little water (35–60 ml), cover with a lid, and stew until cooked.
Step 3
Serve the eggplants drizzled with matsun and crushed garlic.
