Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared green bean pods in salted water and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Separately, sauté the finely chopped onion in sunflower oil.
Step 3
Transfer the boiled beans to a pot, add the onion, sliced tomatoes, finely chopped bell pepper, vinegar, salt, black pepper, pour in a little hot water, and stew for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the stewed vegetables sprinkled with dill and parsley.
