Stewed Vegetable Ragout with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Cabbage - 14.1 oz
- Green Bell Pepper - 8.8 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 2.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes (not too small, as zucchini cooks quickly and releases juice).
Step 3
Heat a pan with vegetable oil, don't add too much. Add the mushrooms and stew covered for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the zucchini to the mushrooms and stew covered for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Chop the cabbage generously (it will cook down and become very soft and tasty).
Step 6
Chop the bell pepper and tomatoes, and add everything to the pan.
Step 7
Chop the onion and add it.
Step 8
Stew for 10 minutes, pour in a little water, remember to season with salt and pepper, stew for another 10 minutes, and the dish is ready!
