Description
Sesame oil can be replaced with olive oil.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Young zucchini - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 5.3 oz
- Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash all the vegetables, cut the zucchini into small cubes. Remove seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes and dip them in boiling water for a minute.
Step 2
Then transfer them to cold water for a minute, take them out and peel off the skin. Cut the flesh of the tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse the green beans and trim the ends. Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 3
Place the vegetables in a shallow dish, pour the teriyaki sauce over them, and let them marinate for an hour. Then pour vegetable oil (sesame or olive) into a skillet and sauté the vegetables over high heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Add sesame seeds, salt, and pepper to the stewed vegetables in the sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Cook for another 2 minutes and remove the skillet from the heat. The stewed vegetables in sauce are ready; transfer them to plates and serve as a side dish or as a standalone meal with green tea. Enjoy your meal!
