Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Soy Meat - 3.5 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chinese green beans - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil water and cook the soy meat on low heat for 15 minutes. Afterward, let it cool slightly, sprinkle with pepper and salt, mix, and let it sit.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes. Once cooled, cut them into wedges.
Step 3
Blanch the green beans. Dice the zucchini. Slice the carrot into strips. Cut the bell pepper into large pieces. Halve the onion, then cut into 8 pieces. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 5
On a baking sheet lined with foil, place the cooked soy meat in the center and arrange the potatoes around it. Top with the vegetables — zucchini, tomatoes, onion, carrot, green beans, and pepper. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and mix the vegetables. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the vegetables. Drizzle everything with the juice of half a lemon.
Step 6
Wrap the foil and place it in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
