- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 16 fl oz
- Pickled Apples - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste

Sort the barley, rinse it, and soak for 4 hours.

Add the prepared barley to 1.2 liters of water, salt it, bring to a boil, and cook, stirring regularly, until the barley is almost fully cooked.
Step 3
Rinse the apples, chop them, and add to the porridge.
Step 4
Pour in the cranberry juice, add sugar, and cook the porridge until it becomes sticky.
Step 5
Let the finished porridge cool.
