Ingredients
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 5.3 oz
- Snap Peas - ¼ cup
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ½ piece
- Mini corn - 8 pieces
- Shimeji mushrooms - 6 pieces
- Apple Wine - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water until soft, then drain.
Step 2
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke, then add the vegetable oil. Add the chopped meat and minced garlic, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the chopped vegetables and mushrooms, then the wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 75 ml of water.
Step 3
Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into the sauce. Bring to a boil and stir in the sesame oil.
Step 4
Divide the rice onto 2 plates, top with the meat, and drizzle with chili sauce.
