Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Courgette - ½ piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the rice noodles in room temperature water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
While the noodles are soaking, cut the vegetables into strips and sauté them in a little oil (with a pinch of salt).
Step 3
After 15 minutes, drain the water and pour boiling water over the noodles for another 5 minutes, then drain the water again.
Step 4
Add the noodles to the vegetables in the pan, add spices for stir-frying the rice noodles, mix everything well, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
