- White Vermouth - 1 fl oz
- Fresh Rose Hips - 2 sprigs
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ripe strawberries, place them in an enamel pot, sprinkle with sugar, shake the container to ensure the sugar completely coats the berries, and let sit for 5-6 hours, covered with a cloth.

Once enough juice is released, place on medium heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low, add the balsamic vinegar and rosemary sprigs, and let simmer for 10 minutes, making sure nothing burns.
