- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Cointreau - 2 fl oz
- Lime Juice - 1 fl oz
- Tequila - 3 fl oz
- Crushed ice - to taste

Step 1
Prepare the glasses for the cocktail. To do this, pour some granulated sugar onto a plate. Dip the rim of the glass first in water, then in sugar. Place the glasses in the refrigerator. Pour 50 ml of water into a saucepan. Add the sugar. Place it over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove the syrup from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and blend them into a puree. Strain the strawberry puree through a sieve to remove the seeds. Add the cooled sugar syrup, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau.
Step 3
Prepare the crushed ice. To do this, place ice cubes between two cloth towels and crush them as finely as possible using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Add the ice to the other ingredients and blend until it reaches a frozen puree consistency. Quickly distribute it into the chilled glasses and serve, garnished with strawberries.
