Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - ½ head
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 8 pieces
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli, peel it, break it into small pieces, and boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and dry.
Step 2
Wash the champignon mushrooms, peel them, and slice them.
Step 3
Wash the strawberries, hull them, and cut each into four pieces.
Step 4
Cut the bacon into strips.
Step 5
To prepare the sauce, whisk the yolks, honey, and sugar thoroughly, add mustard, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Step 6
Line cocktail glasses with lettuce leaves, then layer with broccoli, mushrooms, strawberries, and bacon.
Step 7
Drizzle everything with the sauce.
