- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Strawberry - 2.5 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 2.5 oz
- Basil - 0.2 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: warm the water to room temperature, add salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix and sift the flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: peel the tomatoes, grate them, and add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
