- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2½ tablespoons
- Salt - 0.4 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.8 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the walnuts in the oven for 5–8 minutes at 347°F, then let them cool.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar while constantly whisking.
Step 3
Cut the strawberries into large pieces (halves or quarters) and mix them with the fresh spinach leaves.
Step 4
Add the toasted walnuts, the vinegar and oil mixture, and mix thoroughly, trying not to crush the strawberries.
