Ingredients
- Striploin steak - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - ½ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Arugula - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Potato - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the steak to room temperature.
Step 2
The butter should also soften slightly.
Step 3
Season the oil with herbs.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Warm a plate in the microwave.
Step 6
Grease the heated grill pan with oil and place the steak on it. Sear for 3–4 minutes.

Season with black pepper.

Season with salt.

Prepare the arugula.

To create grill marks, move the steak on the pan.

Flip the steak and reduce the heat to medium. Sear for 5 minutes.

Add salt.

Add pepper.

To create grill marks on the other side, move the meat on the pan.

Place the steak on its side and sear for another 1–2 minutes.

Transfer the steak and arugula to a plate.

Brush the steak with herb-infused oil.

Add sliced tomatoes and serve.
