Stroganoff Chicken with Chanterelles
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into strips of 1x4 cm.
Step 2
Peel and slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, let excess water drain, and cut large ones.
Step 4
Clean the pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 5
In one skillet, fry the chicken in vegetable oil. In another, sauté the onion and mushrooms. After about 10 minutes, add the mushrooms and onion to the chicken and fry everything together for 5 minutes. Then add the bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the sour cream into the skillet, mix well, heat almost to boiling but do not boil. Add the dill, cover with a lid, and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite side dish.
