Description
A popular recipe for preparing liver. The liver turns out soft and melts in your mouth. I recommend using beef or chicken liver. Pork liver, in my opinion, doesn't work very well. You can serve it with potatoes or rice as a side dish.
Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Clean the liver from the membranes and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the liver, season with salt and pepper, and sauté on all sides.
Step 5
Add sour cream and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
