  • Canned Truffles - 3 pieces
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - ½ piece
  • Rice - 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley - to taste

Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Mix the cooked rice with chopped mushrooms, grated cheese, and finely chopped parsley.

Step 3

Fill the pepper with the filling and bake in the oven on foil for 15–20 minutes at 392°F.
