- Pork Mince - 10.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 28.2 oz
- Rice - 3.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 3.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the rice until tender and let it cool.

Place them on low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice until done and let it cool.

Combine the minced meat with rice, sautéed onions, salt, and pepper.

Separate the cabbage into leaves, immerse them in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then drain in a colander.

Gently pound the stems of the cabbage leaves until they are soft and thin.

Place a small amount of filling in the center of the leaf and roll up the cabbage roll.

Lightly sauté the stuffed cabbage rolls in a skillet and transfer them to a saucepan or pot.

In the skillet where the cabbage rolls were cooked, pour in a cup of water, add sour cream, tomato paste, and flour.
