Ingredients

  • Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
  • Chicken Drumstick - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Mayonnaise - 0.7 oz
  • Vinaigrette Vegetable Mix - 0.7 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Carefully remove the skin from the drumstick down to the 'bulbous bone.'

Step 2

Use a knife to cut the meat off the bone and gently break the bone with a mallet, then discard it.

Step 3

Then chop the meat and fry until cooked. Add the onion and canned peas 10 minutes before finishing.

Step 4

Remove the filling and mix with mayonnaise, then add grated cheese.

Step 5

Stuff the chicken skin with the filling and secure the ends with toothpicks (to keep them closed).

Step 6

Fry on both sides in a skillet with oil.
