Stuffed Chicken Wings with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Duck wings - 8 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • White Part of Leek - 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the chicken wings at the joints into three parts. The thinnest part will not be used.

Step 2

Cut the bone at both sides of the joints and pull off the skin along with the meat.

Step 3

Marinate the prepared pieces in soy sauce with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cut the bell pepper, celery, and carrot into thin strips.

Step 5

Stuff the wings with the prepared vegetables.

Step 6

Place in the oven at 302°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
