Ingredients
- Green peppercorns - 4 pieces
- Chickpea - 5.3 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Lingonberry - 2.5 oz
- Feta cheese - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chickpea filling as instructed on the package (can be purchased at vegetarian product stores) and add spices to taste.
Step 2
Prepare the peppers: cut off the tops (keep for 'lids'), and remove the seeds. Choose small-sized peppers.
Step 3
Stuff the peppers.
Step 4
Place in a baking sleeve and put in the oven at 356°F, bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Blend the lingonberries and cheese until smooth.
Step 6
Before serving, brush the peppers with olive oil.
