Description
The weather was terrible, and my mood was awful. I opened the fridge and locked eyes with the ground meat.
Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
After pondering for a minute, I ruthlessly tossed it into a bowl, added the eggs and flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, and... let my soul out... (meaning, kneaded it well).
Step 2
I looked at my creation. It seemed a bit boring to me.
Step 3
Next, cheese appeared from the fridge. After grating it, I called the resulting shavings filling and solemnly placed the frying pan on the heat.
Step 4
During the shaping process, the minced meat decided to take revenge on me for the cruel treatment — it stuck to my hands and refused to roll into a ball. In the end, I made a deal with the meat by wetting my hands.
Step 5
In general, I shaped it just like everything else that is made with filling: a patty of minced meat, a pinch of cheese on top, pinch the edges, roll into a ball and.....
Step 6
And then it got really fun... But what to coat it with? There are no breadcrumbs... Flour saved the day (thankfully, there was plenty of it).
Step 7
Hooray! Coated!!! Into the frying pan and, as usual, on low heat for 10 minutes on each side.
