Ingredients
- Morels - 10 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Russian Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Do not wash the mushrooms; instead, wipe them with a dry paper towel. Remove the stems and clean the insides of the mushrooms.
Step 2
Finely chop the stems, season with salt, sauté well, and let cool.
Step 3
Slice the tomato into thin rounds and place one round in each mushroom. Mix the sautéed stems with grated cheese and mayonnaise, and top each mushroom with a piece of tomato.
Step 4
Then, place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and into the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
