Ingredients
- Pattypans - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Thyme - 4 sprigs
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Goat cheese - 2.8 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 fl oz
- Muscovado Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Beans - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Cut the small pattypans in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Place pieces of butter and herbs on the pattypans.
Step 4
Lightly sprinkle them with sugar and send them to the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the cheese with the cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
