Ingredients
- Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
- Meat - 17.6 oz
- Rice - ½ glasses
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the green bell pepper pods, trim the tops along with the stems, and remove the seeds. Place the prepared peppers in boiling salted water for 2–3 minutes, then transfer them to a sieve and allow to drain.
Step 2
Cook the rice. Cut the rinsed meat into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder. Mix it with the boiled fluffy rice and finely chopped sautéed onions, adding salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fill each pepper with the prepared filling, arrange them in one or two rows in a pot, pour in broth, add oil and tomato paste, and simmer covered in the oven or on the stovetop for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
