- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Bulgur - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Paprika - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut off the tops. Slice the tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with sugar, salt, and paprika. Place under the broiler in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the carrot and onion. Sauté the onion in butter and add the carrot, frying it, then add the bulgur.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the bulgur mixture.
Step 4
Stuff the peppers with this mixture, place them in a baking dish, add a little water to the bottom, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
