- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 10 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Add salt. Drain the resulting juice. Add pepper. Add eggs and flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Form patties from the ground meat. Decide whether you want them large or small.
Step 3
Place a thin layer of potato on the palm of your left hand, add a patty on top, and cover with more potato. Essentially, this creates potato pancakes with a meat filling.
Step 4
Fry in vegetable oil in a skillet, covered with a lid, on both sides.
Step 5
Transfer the finished stuffed pancakes to a pot with a lid and let them sit for 10 minutes before serving — the potato crust will become softer.
