Description
When I first saw these shells for sale, I was shocked because I couldn't understand how they could be eaten. Finally, I dared to try cooking something with them. It turned out to be not scary at all, and at times even amusing.
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Conchiglie Pasta - 12 pieces
- Meat Extract - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, we boil these shells until cooked, remove them from the water, and place them on a plate to cool and dry.
Step 2
Meanwhile, we will prepare the filling. Take the ground meat (pork, beef, or a mix — whatever you prefer). Place it in a skillet and cook over low heat until fully cooked. During cooking, add salt, pepper, and any spices.
Step 3
We swallow our saliva, transfer the filling to a container, and let it cool as well.
Step 4
When all the ingredients are at room temperature, we start the assembly process.
Step 5
Take a shell, fill it with the ground meat, and top it with grated cheese. LOTS OF CHEESE!!!!!!
Step 6
Creatively arrange the shells on a flat plate and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes at 850 watts.
