Ingredients
- Squid - 6 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 2.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid and dip them in boiling water for 1 minute.
Step 2
Cook the buckwheat until fully cooked.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and sauté them together in olive oil, adding salt. Cook until ready and add to the pot with the buckwheat.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Stuff the squid with the buckwheat mixture with onion and carrot. Secure with a skewer.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Brush the squid with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Cook for 10–15 minutes.
