Stuffed Squid with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Squid - 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4.2 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the 'wings' from the squid bodies for the filling. Finely chop them and mix with finely chopped champignon mushrooms and parsley. Add oil and soy sauce.
Step 2
Fill the squid bodies with the prepared filling, seal the edges with toothpicks.
Step 3
For the sauce, cut the tomatoes into wedges. Mince the garlic and sauté on low heat for 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Combine the squid with the sauce, add a little salt, and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, place the squid on a plate and drizzle with the sauce formed during frying.
