Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Turkey - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.8 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the turkey fillet, cut it into 0.5 cm cubes, dice the onion and carrot into 0.3 cm cubes, and chop the garlic with a knife. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove the core and seeds.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: place the turkey, onion, carrot, garlic, and tomato paste into the multicooker bowl, add salt and spices, and mix. Close the lid.
Step 3
Press the 'Menu' button to select the 'STEWING' program, press the 'Set Time' button, then use the 'Cooking Time' button to set the blinking indicator to 20 minutes. Press the 'Start' button and cook until the program ends.
Step 4
Mix the finished filling and stuff the tomatoes with it. Carefully place the stuffed tomatoes at the bottom of the multicooker bowl, add water. Close the lid.
Step 5
Press the 'Menu' button to select the 'STEWING' program, press the 'Set Time' button, then use the 'Cooking Time' button to set the blinking indicator to 10 minutes. Press the 'Start' button.
Step 6
Cook until the program ends.
