Ingredients

  • Meat - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 8 pieces
  • Rice - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Cheese Spread - 0.9 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1 can
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Herbs - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For stuffing, choose medium-sized tomatoes. Rinse them in cold water, cut off the tops, and carefully scoop out the insides with the seeds, keeping the tomatoes intact.

Step 2

To prepare the filling, finely chop the meat or pass it through a meat grinder, add cooked fluffy rice, finely chopped sautéed onion, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Salt the prepared tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper, and fill them with the meat mixture. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a greased frying pan; sprinkle them with grated cheese. Then drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the finished tomatoes to a serving dish, drizzle with sour cream, and generously sprinkle with parsley or dill.
