- Veal - 28.2 oz
- Frozen spinach discs - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Homemade Chicken Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Sausages - 5.3 oz
- White bread - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix thawed and finely chopped spinach, soaked bread, and minced garlic. In a food processor, grind the sausage and sausages to a minced state and add to the spinach. Add the egg and mix everything well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 3
Make a deep cut in the piece of veal, fill it with the stuffing, and carefully sew it up. Rub with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the celery root into thin slices. Dice the carrot and onion finely.
Step 5
Place the stuffed meat in a baking dish greased with olive oil, arrange the vegetables around it, and pour in the broth and wine. Season with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 1 hour until cooked.
