Step 1

For stuffing, it is best to use small zucchini. Peel them, cut off the ends, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. After that, rinse them, fill with the stuffing (meat, grain, mushroom, or vegetable) and fry on all sides in oil.

Then transfer the zucchini to a deep dish, add broth or sour cream, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
