- Courgette - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Edam Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Onion - ½ piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Chamomile - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fry the ground meat with finely chopped onion, season with pepper and salt, add diced bell pepper and marjoram, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel a large or medium ripe zucchini, cut it into slices about 1–1.5 cm thick, and scoop out the center.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, arrange the zucchini slices, fill them to the brim with the meat, onion, and pepper mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Step 4
Bake at medium temperature until cooked through, about 25–30 minutes (a cheese crust should form on top).
