Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 12.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7½ tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the sturgeon fillet into portion-sized pieces. Grease a baking dish with fat, place the fish in it, and sprinkle with ground pepper.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender, slice them, and layer them on top of the fish.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce - add salt, sugar, mustard, and ground black pepper to the sour cream - and pour it over the fish and potatoes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake in an oven preheated to 392°F for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with herbs before serving.
