Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the sturgeon into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Place the portioned pieces in a saucepan, add broth and pickle brine, and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
On the cooked fish, place boiled cartilage sliced, mushrooms, and pickles.
Step 4
