  • Fresh Mushrooms - 1.1 oz
  • Sturgeon - 5.3 oz
  • Cartilage from Sturgeon - 0.7 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Potato - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the sturgeon into portion-sized pieces.

Step 2

Place the portioned pieces in a saucepan, add broth and pickle brine, and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

On the cooked fish, place boiled cartilage sliced, mushrooms, and pickles.

Step 4

As a side dish, boil the potatoes and place them beside the fish. Optionally, you can also serve pickles and grated horseradish separately with the fish.
