  • Pomegranate Seeds - 1 piece
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - ½ l
  • Sturgeon - 4 lbs
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Prepare the fish by removing the head.

Cut the sturgeon into pieces about one and a half centimeters wide.
