Sturgeon Salad with Rice and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 10.6 oz
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Eel - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fillet and cook the rice. Slice the mushrooms, and cut the tomatoes into rounds. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then place them on a plate. Chop the parsley. Cut the sturgeon fillet into small pieces and mix it with the rice, mushrooms, and onion. Add mayonnaise, mix well, and mound it on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomato slices on top.
