Summer cabbage rolls with vegetables
Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Rice - 1 cup
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make minced meat from the beef and pork, grind it with basil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Knead the minced meat and add rice, mixing well.
Step 3
Wash the vegetables. Cut off the stems and clean out the insides through the openings.
Step 4
Salt and pepper the insides of the vegetables and stuff them.
Step 5
In a large pot, place the stuffed vegetables with the openings facing up. Pour in water up to two fingers from the bottom and set on low heat. Simmer for 40 minutes.
