- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cilantro - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In heated oil, sauté diced boiled young potatoes until golden brown. Sprinkle with chili and finely chopped garlic.
Step 2
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes become soft.
Step 3
Make 4 indentations in the prepared mixture and crack an egg into each one, cooking for another 3–4 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with cilantro and serve hot.
