Description
Can be used as a filling for pies, a side dish, or, if you don't add oil, you can dress it with kefir or kvass — it will make a great vegetarian okroshka. Perfect for summer. It's best to use fresh vegetables. Best served cold.
Ingredients
- Sorrel - 10 stems
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Garlic Scapes - 1 piece
- Radish - 6 pieces
- Celery salt - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ground clove - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the greens and chop them as finely as possible. Place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and garlic scapes very finely.
Step 3
Clean the radishes from any blemishes and wash them. Peel the celery.
Step 4
Grate the radishes and celery on a medium grater.
Step 5
Mix everything together, add pepper and oil, and mix again.
